creamy mashed potatoesFollow these easy steps to make those creamy mashed potatoesyou remember as a child. This recipe calls for a large amount of potatoes, adjust accordingly for your next gathering.

1. Peel a 5 pound bag of potatoes (cut pieces of 1 ½ inches).

2. Put the pieces in a saucepan and boil for about 15 minutes (use a fork to test for desired tenderness).

3. Drain the potatoes, place in a mixing bowl and add one a nd a half sticks of lightly softened butter and mix until there are no lumps.

4. Mix one and a  half cups of Half & Half cream, warmed. (Mix until you see a creamy texture). Add salt and pepper to taste.

Your done, serve and enjoy. This should feed up to 10 adults.
