Ingredients to make Crockpot Potatoes Au Gratin with Ham
6 medium potatoes peeled and sliced
1 medium white onion coarsely chopped
1-1/2 cups cooked ham cubed
1 cup American cheese shredded
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves
Directions to make Crockpot Potatoes Au Gratin with Ham
In crock pot layer 1/2 of the potatoes, onion, ham and cheese then repeat layers. In small bowl combine soup, milk and thyme then pour over top.
Cover and cook on high setting for 3 hours. Reduce to low setting and cook 3 hours more

Roasted Sweet Potato Sticks - This super quick and easy, roasted potato recipe, is one of the most convenient and versatile there is! We used sweet potatoes, as the have a little more nutritional value, made them quick cooking but slicing into wedges, and oven roasted them. Feel free to spice them up your with your own blend of spices, or create your own version of potatoes au gratin, and sprinkle with some cheese!

Ingredients to make Roasted Sweet Potato Sticks
1 medium-large sweet potato
1 T. olive oil
salt
freshly ground pepper
Directions to make Roasted Sweet Potato Sticks
Heat oven to 425°F. Cut the potato in half lengthwise, then cut each half into 7 long, thin wedges. Place them on a rimmed baking sheet and toss them with the oil and salt and pepper to taste, so all sides are coated.
Bake 10 minutes. Flip the potatoes over and bake another until tender, another 8 to 10 minutes. Serve hot.

One of the tastiest and easiest ways to prepare potatoes for summer is on the grill. Unfortunately, few people know how to grill potatoes. Here is a great way how to grill potatoes to compliment any meal:
- Slice a combination of red bliss and baking potatoes into both thin and thicker pieces. Feel free to leave the skins on the potatoes - it will give them more flavor.
- Wrap potatoes in aluminum foil with 2-3 ice cubes or 2 pats of butter (plus seasonings to taste)
- Place on grill for 3-5 minutes and then flip. Cook the other side for another 3-5 minutes.
- Check to see if your potatoes have reached your desired firmness ( for crispy potatoes, let them cook longer)
- Remove from heat and serve

Follow these easy steps to make those creamy mashed potatoesyou remember as a child. This recipe calls for a large amount of potatoes, adjust accordingly for your next gathering.
1. Peel a 5 pound bag of potatoes (cut pieces of 1 ½ inches).
2. Put the pieces in a saucepan and boil for about 15 minutes (use a fork to test for desired tenderness).
3. Drain the potatoes, place in a mixing bowl and add one a nd a half sticks of lightly softened butter and mix until there are no lumps.
4. Mix one and a half cups of Half & Half cream, warmed. (Mix until you see a creamy texture). Add salt and pepper to taste.
Your done, serve and enjoy. This should feed up to 10 adults.
